Well something that could use some work is optimizing the logging and parsing and the item identification algorithms. I've been monkey patching some fixes from an ai coder in locally and it makes things like OCR faster.

@Nubula Sweet.. if you feel like sharing please do, I'll re-review and try and dive in next week to see if I can optimize a little bit and get better matching working, I know it's not perfect to say the least!

Actually had some freetime, should hopefully have some good improvements on OCR now if you update the script
